For electric ball valves in the above environment, their electric device structures, materials and protection methods are different. Therefore, the corresponding valve electric device should be selected according to the above duty environment. According to engineering control requirements, for electric ball valves, the control function is completed by an electric device. The purpose of using electric ball valves is to realize non-manual electrical control or computer control of the valve's opening, closing and adjustment linkage. The use of electric devices is no longer just for saving manpower. Since the functions and quality of products from different manufacturers vary greatly, the selection of electric devices and the selection of matching valves are equally important to the project. As the requirements for the level of industrial automation are always increasing, on the one hand, there are more and more applications of electric valves, and on the other hand, the control requirements for electric valves are becoming higher and more complex. Therefore, the design of electrical control of electric valves is always updated. With the continuous improvement of usage requirements and the popularization of computers, new and diverse electrical control methods will always appear. When considering the overall control of electric valves, attention should be paid to selecting the control method of electric valves. For example, depending on the needs of the project, the control principles are different whether to use centralized control or single-unit control, whether to link with other equipment, sequence control or computer sequence control, etc. The valve electric device manufacturer's sample only gives standard electrical control principles, so the application department should conduct technical explanations with the electric device consumer factory to clarify the technical requirements.
